We have established with our clients formal "Board" meetings that are on monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly timetables. These meetings are supported by an agenda, chaired by YBT in a non-executive role and then documented by detailed minutes and action plan for the next month. It is then up to the client and / or YBT to progress / complete what actions have been agreed need to be addressed in the time between the next Board meeting.
Additionally, we are available to discuss any issues that crop up from time to time in between these meetings.
